My name is Mariana B, and I am a compassionate and experienced home carer. As a female carer with extensive experience in providing support to individuals with various challenges, I have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the unique needs and concerns of my clients.
I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, including those with mild cognitive impairment, who require gentle and patient care, bedbound patients in need of regular assistance, individuals with Parkinson's disease, who benefit from my knowledge of mobility aids and exercises, as well as clients struggling with anxiety and depression, whom I provide emotional support and companionship to.
While I am unable to drive and do not own a car, this does not hinder my dedication to providing the highest level of care possible. I am skilled in various personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, and catheter care. Additionally, my friendly and supportive nature allows me to foster meaningful connections and provide companionship for my clients. Outside of my caregiving role, I enjoy engaging in activities such as painting, walking, cooking and baking, puzzles, and even fishing.
I also have a love for animals and am comfortable caring for pets of all kinds, including cats, dogs, fish, birds, and turtles. I believe that my caring nature, friendly demeanor, and helpful attitude make me a suitable candidate for those in need of a dedicated home carer. My motivation to be a carer stems from my desire to help people lead independent lives, and to make a positive impact in their daily routines.
